Return Policy
October’s Very Own stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a gift card. Gift cards may be used in store or online.
Returns must meet the following criteria:
-Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
-Returns that are damaged, worn, or without original tags intact will not be accepted.
-Collaborations and limited releases are final sale.
-Undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear are final sale.
-We do not accept returns for items not purchased from October’s Very Own.
-Once your returned item(s) have been received and verified, a gift card will be issued to the email address used to place the order. For items purchased as gifts, the gift card will be issued to the gift recipient. Please allow 1-3 business days after your return has been received for the gift card to be issued.
-Gift cards will be in the amount paid for product only. Shipping fees are not refundable.
